The Team
Glenn Bramble-
Chartered Building Engineer and Party Wall Surveyor with more than 25 years professional experience of construction and the built environment including architectural design (both residential and commercial buildings), commercial interiors (including space planning), furniture, fittings and retail equipment.
Jasmine Robinson
Architectural Technician with over a decade of experience and who qualified with straight Distinctions in her BTEC National in Construction. Jasmine provides essential support in the form of CAD, surveys and has a good knowledge of planning, construction methods and building technology.
The Practice
GBS Designs was established in 1999 and provides:
- Domestic architectural design of extensions of all types, conversions (loft and garage) and more.
- Party wall surveyor services as Building Owner Surveyor, Adjoining Owner Surveyor and Agreed Surveyor.
- Cost effective, comprehensive and flexible CAD and design support to interiors/furniture, engineering and construction companies, air conditioning and electrical contractors, and others such as architects, engineers and surveyors.
- Land registry drawing and survey services for solicitors, licensed conveyancers, property lawyers and landlords.
