Land Registry & Lease Plans
As part of our surveying and drawing services, we are very experienced in the production of Land Registry compliant lease plans for solicitors, chartered surveyors and landlords.
A set of Land Registry compliant drawings includes:
Floor layout plans (1:100 or 1:50 scale) showing North and marked appropriately
Block plan at 1:200 scale, showing North and marked appropriately
Site plan at 1:500 scale, showing North and marked appropriately
Location plan at 1:1250 scale, showing North and marked appropriately
Location plans show at least 1 square hectare centred around the property
Drawings are provided as scaled PDF documents for easy printing and distribution and/or on paper.
